Curt Hill

Curtis ~ Flipper ~ Dean Hill, the son of Clinton and Joyce (Stockdale) Hill, was born on March 17, 1967, in Clarion, Iowa. He was raised and educated in Eagle Grove graduating with the “Class of 1985”. Throughout school Curt was active in wrestling and baseball, well-liked by everyone and known as the “Class Clown”.

Curt had two children, Tasha and Quentin. When spending time with family, he enjoyed watching Adam Sandler movies and singing songs he liked.

Flipper (the nickname given to him by his friends because of his supposedly large feet!) was known for his sense of humor, whether it be at work doing construction, or just spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed following the Denver Broncos, Chicago Cubs and Iowa Hawkeyes.

Curtis passed away unexpectedly, on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at Iowa Specialty Hospital in Clarion, at the age of 56 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Clinton Hill; sister, Kristine Hill, and grandparents.
