Vicki Parrott struggles to find answers to why her health changed, literally overnight

Part one of two:

“I’ve never been a crier...but this has effected my emotions, my central nervous system, and parts of my brain,” said Vicki Parrott - eyes filled with tears - about living with Lyme Disease.

Now, she’s sharing her story, her struggles, in hopes she might help someone else battling the same symptoms.

“Up until September 22, 2017, I did everything. I had not health issues,” Vicki began.

But that day would be a day that changed everything for her, and all because of a deer tick the size of a pin head.

On Sept. 22 she went on an outdoor field trip with some of the middle school students. It was a windy, hot, sunny sky day. On the way home is when she said she began feeling sweaty, nauseous, and her heart started racing. She thought she was just overheated.
